Ready, Set, Sketch: Petaluma Marina!

Hello sketchers!

I’m thankful for the rain we received so far this year but it does make it more difficult to sketch out of doors. This month we’ll return to the Petaluma Marina at the Sheraton because it has roofs to duck under in case it gets a bit rainy. This hotel/business park has a lot to offer: boats, the Petaluma River, a marsh trail, the overpass, and even the hotel itself is worth sketching, so don’t miss it!
We’ll meet at the north end of the business park on the west side of the parking lot. From the 101 head east on 116 and take a quick right at Baywood Dr. For those of you that need some quick fuel, the fantastic Bright Bear Bakery is a couple blocks up the road (2620 Lakeville Hwy, it’s hard to spot) and of course, Starbucks is also just a little further along the 116.

When: Saturday December 14, 10:00am-1:00pm
Where: Petaluma Marina at the Sheraton Sonoma County/Business Park
Who: Anyone who has a desire to sketch can join us.
Why: Because we love to sketch!

Ready, Set, Sketch: Marin French Cheese!
